Any Hour Dental and its affiliates ("we," "us," "our") offer text messaging services where users can receive and send messages on mobile phones. This page describes our text messaging services, your rights, and how to manage your preferences.
Overview
By participating in our text messaging programs, you consent to receive text messages from Any Hour Dental. You can stop messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us.
Opt-In Consent
To receive text messages from us, you must opt-in by following the specific instructions for each program. When you sign up, you are consenting to receive messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Important: Your consent to receiving text messages from us is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services without opting in to text messaging.

- Requested dental provider information

Recurring Messaging
If you opt-in to recurring messages, you will receive text messages at the frequency described when you enroll. We may send periodic confirmations asking you to confirm your continued participation. You must reply affirmatively to remain subscribed to recurring messages.

Interactive Text Messaging
Some programs allow you to have text message conversations with us. The number of messages you receive will vary based on the nature of your conversation and the information you request.
Inquiry Text Messages
If you opt-in to receive inquiry-related text messages, we may send you up to three text messages per inquiry with dental provider contact information and related details.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the program and your activity. You may receive:
- One-time messages: Single message per request
- Appointment reminders: Typically 1-2 messages per appointment
- Service updates: Occasional messages as needed
- Interactive conversations: Variable, based on your inquiries
How to Stop Receiving Text Messages
You can cancel your participation in any text messaging program at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from that program.
After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation text message to let you know that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further messages from that specific program unless you opt-in again.
Program-Specific Unsubscribe
Please note that replying "STOP" will only unsubscribe you from the specific program that sent the message. If you are enrolled in multiple text messaging programs, you will need to reply "STOP" to each program separately to stop all messages.

Text Messaging and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all messages sent to and from us. The number of messages you receive will vary, and the charges will appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance.
Please check with your wireless carrier for details about your specific messaging and data plan.
Account Holder Authorization
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our text messaging services, you warrant that:
- You are the account holder for the mobile phone number provided, OR
- You have the account holder's consent to receive text messages at that number
You agree to notify us immediately if you change your mobile phone number or if you are no longer the account holder for the number you provided.

Our text messaging services are supported by most major wireless carriers in the United States, including but not limited to:
- AT&T
- Verizon Wireless
- T-Mobile
- Sprint
- U.S. Cellular
- Boost Mobile
- Cricket Wireless
- MetroPCS
- Virgin Mobile
- And 40+ additional carriers
Carrier coverage is not available in all areas. Delivery of text messages is subject to transmission limitations and may be delayed or prevented by factors affecting your wireless carrier.
Privacy
Information you provide through our text messaging services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We use the information you provide in accordance with that policy.
Disclaimer
We do not claim or guarantee availability or performance of our text messaging services. Text messages may be subject to:
- Transmission delays
- Message delivery failures
- Network or carrier limitations
- Technical issues beyond our control
We are not liable for delays in receiving messages, undelivered messages, or errors in message content caused by factors outside our control.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to our text messaging services are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
In summary, you agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days before pursuing arbitration. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) in Utah County, Utah. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
Changes to Text Messaging Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our text messaging services at any time with or without notice. We may also change the frequency, content, or nature of messages sent through any program.
Material changes to these text messaging terms will be communicated through updates to this page and the "Last Updated" date above.
